Ability to offer multiple experiences on the same station in booking system

Currently if you want to offer multiple experiences you have to designate a specific station just for one experience. We need the ability for customers to choose between two experiences (ie Arcade games or Escape games) but on the same station/booking calendar. For example we have six stations and we want to offer two different experiences. We want customers to be able to book an arcade game or an escape game (which have different pricing) on any of our stations. Currently you would have to have headsets designated for arcade games only and more headsets dedicated to escape games only. As more content provided outside of steam becomes more prevalent this will be a feature a lot of arcades like us will want to use.

Decoupling the station's dedication to the experience would allow for some extra flexibility. I did watch most of the FH huddle. it adds a lot of fancy, but does it allow a station to be used for one experience or another? I could not get this from the demo.

This feature is available in our new booking integrations with Checkfront and FareHarbor! Learn more about the integrations here https://support.springboardvr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035875834.

I cant stress enough the importance of this feature. If any competitors were to develop that feature I will have to move to their product and its not me applying any leverage here but a genuine importance of the request explained.

Alex L: Hey Alex! Thanks for your feedback. This is something we definitely want to offer and we are looking into different booking integrations we can use to solve for this feature request. We will update as we know more about our options.
Thanks!

Booking for 2 types of experiences on same stations

So we have a 2 player free roam experiences that we run both escape rooms and shooters on. The escape rooms last about 35 min whereas the shooters are 10 min. I want to be able to book the booth out in a way that makes sense to customers. One room shares both experiences so if someone is playing the coop shooter the escape room isn't available. I need to be able to clarify to customers the 12 min booking is the shooter and the 45 min is the escape rooms. The feature that would help is being able to title the different time packages. I.e we call the 12 min experience shooter and 45 min experience escape room.

This would be quite nice. I would love to be able to say that this station will be this experience from this date to this date, this time. That way they can book in advance but I still have that station to use for regular booking purposes. Kinda how we have the special hours and holiday hours now? If I could just schedule a station to switch automatically to a different experience that would be really cool. That way I can set aside stations for special events that I want people to book ahead of time without closing off that station for regular use.

We are totally with you Mitchell,
The other option is like telling a costumer at a restaurant to pay the same price for different food, not really smart.
Unless you have a buffet, then we totally understand and we totally respect this option.
But let the owners decide if they want to manage a buffet or a regular restaurant, or a fast food restaurant or whatever everyone wants.
Don't you think?
