This is a fantastic feature request. I think an auto reminder SMS/Email (let us or the guest choose) prior to the reservation time would be phenomenal. In addition, give us the ability to populate said sms/email with content. Also, and Ill make this a separate request, I would like to see the ability for an auto followup SMS/Email. I want to be able to ask(remind) people to review us on social media, sign up for mailing list, send a survey, etc.
