I want the ability to communicate with customers while they are in the VR headset.
this would be awesome! A simple "mic" button on the station monitor that we could click&hold to speak to, using our front desk laptop, would help so much!
just use teamspeak and give each station a name to address
@Pandally AG: This is what we've done. We have TS set up on all the stations with the front desk PC as the "Master" account and it can jump into any room to talk with any station headset or even broadcast a message to all headsets.
Also, a ticker in the launcher where we can display announcements, events, promos...
Yes, this would be a great feature for when they hit that Panic button. We could toggle on an "open mic" setting for each station manually which turns on the PC's system default mic and for the device/s that the VRCade is using, we have a push to talk button once that option is toggled on. This way we can also provide them advice to the game if they're struggling or stuck on a puzzle.
