Make The Arrows Bigger!!
Madison Jackson
open
Craig Carpenter
Madison Jackson: This was marked Planned back in Sept, what does it mean that it's now marked as Open?
Madison Jackson
Craig Carpenter: Hi Craig, We had planned to make the arrows bigger with the release of the new environment but it was cut from the scope to prioritize other items and timing :( I do have it on our list to review and potentially add in our next update, but this has not been finalized yet.
Craig Carpenter
Madison Jackson: Ah, okay. I'm glad it's still something you all are looking to add. So many customers never see the arrows. I had a repeat customer in over the weekend, he's been here three or four times already, and while he was waiting for his turn on the station he saw someone click on the arrows on the right side to scroll through the Staff Favorites row and he told me, "Oh wow, there's arrows that scroll through more titles. I thought you only had the four games on each row." So he's all excited now since he always hears me telling people that I have 80ish different games and now he actually knows how to find them all.

Craig Carpenter: Thanks Craig for this feedback! It is really important we hear stories like this to understand just how big the pain point is so we can prioritize. I will make sure to bring this up when we put together a scope for the next time we update the Launcher.

Madison Jackson: I think it would even be nice if text was added that said something like, "Next Page", "See More", "Additional Games", or anything like that.

This is one of the biggest problems my customers have, particularly the one under genres. You can only see like four genres and it takes ages to get new players to be able to locate that down arrow in order to sort games.

Yea seriously... The complete UI needs to be redesigned, it's complicated, unorganized and frustrating to say the least..
Joseph Eilert
Anas Kanawati: I think our best bet for getting a remade UI is to make feature requests based on things that our customers find complicated (similar to this post).
Matthew Hall
Joseph Eilert: Yup it is! More feature requests like this help us with the future of our interface!
