If a reservation is created for a group of stations and you want to add time, then you have to add additional time to all stations separately. There should be an option to add time to all stations.
When making a new reservation and adding multiple groups to the booking, can I request that the new group has by default the same time and price as the first? Having to re-enter the time and price multiple times for each group takes time, especially when booking a reservation over the phone.
@PORTAL WORLD: Hey @PORTAL WORLD! Just want to check and make sure I understand how you are adding in bookings. When you make a new reservation if you click on "Reservation" in the top right corner of the Station Monitor or select "More Options" when making a Walk-In you should be taken to the Full Reservation page. From here if you click "Add Group" it should automatically add the next available station with the same experience type, time, and price to the booking. Thanks for the reply. If I click on the Reservation button, yes the full reservation window comes up, however after clicking on the custom button to enter the minutes and price for the first group, when I add a new Group I have to click on the the new Custom button and enter the minutes and price again, for each new group I add.

Hi @VR Court Jena, are you asking to add time when the group is playing or before they check in?
- When the group is already playing: open the booking details, click on Extension and then check the "EXTEND FULL BOOKING" checkbox. This will extend time to the entire booking, not just the station you selected.
- Before the group checks in: correct, you currently need to open the booking and then select a different amount of time for each station within this booking. The reason for it is that you might have a booking with stations across different experiences that do not have the same default length of time. In this case, your request could definitely be a new feature.
