So many customers mistakenly think they need to enter their kid's birth date in the booking widget. It seems silly, but it happens. And then when their kid's age is under 13 and they can't progress the booking process the customer get frustrated, calls me to clarify (even though there is a link for more info they don't read it), or worse doesn't book at all.
I'd rather have the option on my end to remove the need for an age gate from the widget, we don't really see this on other booking systems for companies in my country anyway.
